Blair Castle revisited & road trip south

 Day 33 Saturday 18th May

A gorgeous sunny day, 26 degrees later on! Dex and I went back to Blair Castle grounds for a walk. It was beautifully cool under the shade of the lime trees.

When we reached the front of the castle a young piper was playing the bagpipes.

After our walk we set off South. We hoped to get south of Carlisle.

It was a great trip as not much traffic and nice scenery.

We could see Sterling Castle in the distance.

We found a small site just off the M6 at Catterlen.
